Consider your adventure type: technical climbing packs have different features than thru-hiking backpacks. Look at capacity (measured in liters), suspension systems, and specialized compartments. How do I create an account?
During checkout, you’ll have the option to create an account by providing your email address and creating a password. Account benefits include order tracking, saved payment methods (for faster checkout), and exclusive offers for our adventure community.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get your gear adventure-ready! If you need to modify or cancel, please email [email protected] immediately with your order number. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t entered the processing phase (typically within 2 hours of placement).

Shipping & Delivery

What are my shipping options?
We offer two adventure-ready shipping solutions:
  1. Standard Shipping ($12.95): 10-15 day delivery via DHL/FedEx with full tracking
  2. Free Shipping (orders over $50): 15-25 day delivery via EMS with basic tracking
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our Colorado headquarters.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship globally to most countries, excluding some Asian regions and remote areas. During checkout, our system will automatically confirm whether we can deliver to your location. Adventure knows no borders, and neither do we (with a few logistical exceptions)!
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive tracking information via email as soon as your gear leaves our facility. For Standard Shipping, use the carrier’s website (DHL/FedEx) with your tracking number. For Free Shipping, EMS provides basic tracking updates. Remember to account for the 1-2 day processing time before tracking becomes active.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) and PayPal for secure, convenient checkout. Your payment security is as important to us as the quality of our gear – all transactions are encrypted for your protection.
Is my payment information secure?

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
We stand behind our gear! Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding original shipping costs). What if my gear arrives damaged?
We take extreme care in packaging your equipment, but if damage occurs in transit, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll expedite a replacement or refund – no adventurer should face compromised gear.
