A pack constructed specifically for women that offers outstanding performance together with a lightweight construction, the Osprey Eja 38 lets you move fast and light on multi-day adventures.

An ergonomically shaped hipbelt, harness, yoke and backpanel gives the Eja its tailored women’s fit.
Revolutionary ExoForm forms the basis of the harness and hipbelt and also contours to your body. The ExoForm features an AirSpeed ventilated trampoline mesh back panel that improves ventilation.

7mm side compression straps allow you to cinch the load down, promoting a more stable carry, and the top lid features a pocket that can be removable to shed some pack weight. For a more lightweight carry, remove the lid and use the FlapJacket flap-jacket protector to keep items out of the elements.

The pack is hydration system compatible for those who prefer to use a reservoir. Additional side mesh pockets with InsideOut compression allows you to store wet items keeping them separate from the inside of the pack.

Stow-on-the-Go allows you to secure trekking poles when you require the use of both hands. A singular hardware loop and elasticated attachment point allows you to carry ice axes/poles for more challenging winter escapades.
